Who is #SheMeansBusiness for and at what stage of entrepreneurship?
#SheMeansBusiness is designed for women with a concrete business idea who are looking for guidance and support in developing their entrepreneurial journey. The program supports entrepreneurs in different stages of business development, including: — Pre-start phase: for women who are still refining and validating their business idea before launching. — Starter phase: for entrepreneurs who have recently started their business and are building their foundations. — Growth phase: for business owners who are ready to strengthen, scale or further professionalize their business. Whether you are preparing to launch, have recently started, or are looking to grow your business, #SheMeansBusiness provides tailored coaching and support to help you move forward with confidence.
What is the difference between the #SheMeansBusiness Basic and Premium programmes?
Both programs offer personalized business coaching tailored to your entrepreneurial journey, but they differ in duration, intensity and the level of support provided. #SheMeansBusiness Basic — Duration: 4 months — Coaching sessions: 5 sessions — Focus on achieving 3 key business goals — One-time registration only — Free program — Access via a waiting list (currently a minimum of approximately 3 months, depending on demand and coaching capacity) — Total guidance provided: approximately 10 hours, including preparation by the business coach #SheMeansBusiness Premium — Duration: 6 months — Coaching sessions: 7 sessions — Focus on achieving 4 key business goals — No waiting list – you can start immediately — Fee: 220 euro — Multiple rounds of registration possible — Includes a feasibility study — Includes a business analysis — Includes support in preparing your pitch presentation — Total guidance provided: approximately 15 hours, including preparation by the business coach As a standard, coaching sessions last one hour. For more in-depth topics such as the business plan, financial plan and feasibility analysis, additional time may be allocated where needed. Depending on the complexity of your project, these sessions can take up to 1.5 hours. The Premium program typically includes: — an intake session, — preparation and review work by the business coach, — coaching sessions, — financial planning support, — pitching session — a feasibility assessment and advice, — and, if needed, an additional follow-up discussion after the feasibility study. This approach ensures that every entrepreneur receives the right level of support and guidance according to the maturity and ambitions of their business project.
How quickly can I start the #SheMeansBusiness Premium program?
One of the key advantages of the #SheMeansBusiness Premium program is that there is no waiting list, allowing entrepreneurs to get started quickly. — To ensure a smooth onboarding process, we follow clear internal response times: — Your file is assigned to a business coach on the same day your registration is completed. — Your assigned business coach will contact you within two working days to schedule an introduction. — Your intake session will take place within two weeks, allowing you to start working on your business idea without unnecessary delays. This fast-track approach ensures that entrepreneurs who are ready to move forward can immediately benefit from personalized guidance and support.
What is the duration and pace of the SheMeansBusiness program?
To allow sufficient time for preparation, reflection, implementation and progress between coaching sessions, we recommend scheduling an average of 2 to 3 weeks between sessions. — #SheMeansBusiness Basic: the program should be completed within 4 months after the intake session. — #SheMeansBusiness Premium: the program should be completed within 6 months after the intake session. This timeframe ensures that participants maintain momentum while having enough time to work on the agreed action points and apply the insights from each coaching session to their business development. Sessions that are not used within the applicable program period will automatically expire, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance with the business coach. Please note that the duration of the program may vary depending on the entrepreneur's pace, availability and specific needs, provided this remains within the agreed program timeframe.
What's a feasibility study?
A viability assessment for start-ups examines whether a business idea has a realistic chance of success. It looks at factors such as the market, competition, target audience, and costs. This helps entrepreneurs make well-informed decisions about their new venture. Ultimately, you receive a comprehensive analysis of your business’s viability.
